Two words describe Donna Kelly: Always on! Donna’s personal life experiences
have prepared her well for her role as your REALTOR. She began her life in
Great Barrington, Massachusetts, near the Berkshire Mountains. Over a 14 year
period, Donna successfully relocated her entire family (including three small
children) 8 times. She has worked with her husband’s company through each
relocation process and is a pro at attending to tiny details that are so
important in a long distance move. She is proud to call Louisville her home and
has lived in the East End of Jefferson County since 1995. You can count on
Donna to keep your family on track during the entire buying process. She
understands how stressful moving can be. She will be there to guide you through
the contract negotiations as well as inspections and closing. Her communication
skills make her a good listener which in turn sharpens her ability to problem
solve on your behalf.
As a seller, you should know that Donna has incredible organizational skills.
In the past she negotiated the constant demands of three small children (now
grown and on their own!) and for 10 years coached her neighborhood swim team to
3 division championships before retiring. She knows how to work with people to
achieve winning results. Once Donna is on the scene, you can relax because she
will take care of the paperwork and details. Donna is always one step ahead,
always ready to work and defend your position.
In her free time, Donna enjoys sewing as well as watching and participating in
sports, specifically baseball and swimming. The entire Kelly family enjoys ski
trips whenever possible. She has remained active in the Louisville community
during her years here. Donna opened a successful craft business (D and D
Crafts), has served as President of Ballard High School Baseball Booster Club,
and was a Board Member in charge of Holiday in the Halls Craft Show. She is
committed to making the world around her a better place to be though her
involvement with the Leukemia Foundation.
You can depend on Donna to handle your real estate purchase or sale as though
it were her own. After all, she has plenty of experience in the process from
your perspective.
