Hal was born and raised in Louisville and has a keen insight into the
entry-level real estate market in the region. He is familiar with both the
mainstream and the off-the-beaten-path areas of Louisville with the bulk of his
experience in Louisville’s established neighborhoods, urban and sub-urban.
Hal has an adventurous outdoors spirit that appreciates location. He developed
a love for the outdoors living for 10 years in Missoula, Montana where he
became a kayak enthusiast and a formidable paddler. He returned to Louisville
with a fresh perspective and a true appreciation for all that Kentucky outdoors
has to offer. He is an avid bicyclist who enjoys both on and off-road biking
and finds Louisville a perfect location for outdoor activities.
As a new husband and father of a growing toddler, Hal understands the needs of
both single and married clients. Befitting their varied interests and zest for
Louisville living, he and his wife own a home in one of the city’s most
eclectic neighborhoods, Crescent Hill. Because a home consists of the physical
dwelling as well as the neighborhood, Hal believes in helping his diverse
clientele find a good personality-neighborhood match.
