Jennifer E. Baird, a native of Owensboro KY, graduated from Western KY
University in 1994 with a degree in Speech Pathology. Jennifer married her high
school sweetheart, Beau, who is a loan officer with Republic Bank. After
graduation, she worked 5 years in the mortgage business as a loan officer- 3
years at Ameriquest Mortgage and 2 years with US Bank. Jennifer then went on to
work with Vermont American as an EDI Coordinator.
The Baird family began to grow requiring Jennifer to focus her talents closer
to home. First there was Jessica. Soon afterward came twin girls, Julia and
Jordan. With the nest built and settled, Jennifer was ready to get back into
the world of finance and real estate while still being at home with her
children.
Jennifer is a perfect match for Parker & Klein Real Estate as their escrow
coordinator. This new career allows Jennifer to remain close to home while
utilizing all of her professional talents she mastered prior to growing her
family. As escrow coordinator, Jennifer is known for her ability to get the job
done. Always at hand, she is on top of every detail of the contract and getting
it to close. Her previous work as a loan officer serves her well as she knows
the ins and outs of all aspects of the loan and closing process. In addition,
Jennifer's attention to detail and work ethic allow her to support Parker &
Klein Real Estate without fail. She lives the mission statement of the company:

professional balance in life." Jennifer truly enjoys her work and strives to

When she isn't busy working for Parker & Klein Real Estate or tending to
her home and family life, Jennifer enjoys exercising at Louisville Athletic
Club, crocheting afghans, and scrap booking.
