Crescent Hill 4th of July

You don’t have to be from Crescent Hill to join us and celebrate Independence Day on the grounds of the historic Peterson Dumesnil House. This family-friendly event will include Opening Ceremonies, a juried art fair, Kids Zone with FREE inflatables & field games, food & craft beer trucks, a pet show contest, cake baking contest, a cake wheel, a magician, auctions and raffles, fireworks, and More! Afrobeats in the Gardens

Welcome to Season 3, the summer’s annual outdoor, internationally-inspired food & wine garden social, featuring live music, art, and Afro-fusion cuisine paired with wines from around the world. Guests will indulge their senses through sound, taste, and atmosphere, while exploring afro-diaspora culture. The DJ talent is teaming up with the renowned Louisville Academy of Music for a stunning live musical Afrobeats and Amapiano tribute performance.

Kentucky’s first exhibition devoted to Abstract Expressionism. Experience the energy, action, and emotion of this groundbreaking presentation celebrating the bold, innovative contributions of women whose vision helped shape this uniquely American art in the mid-20th century and changed how we see the world. Visitors will encounter over 30 major artists, experiencing their work as it was meant to be seen—up close, in person, and at full scale.
